Get online access to your medical records 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Health Records Online is a secure, online service from Lakewood Ranch Medical Center that lets you view select medical records online, from the comfort and convenience of your home or office, 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

To enroll, provide your email address at hospital registration and an invitation to enroll will be sent to you, or enroll in the portal at any time after registration by navigating to east.uhspatientportal.com/self-enroll/.

When enrolling, enter your Medical Record Number (MRN) found on your hospital wristband or on documentation provided at discharge. If you don’t know your MRN, contact hospital Registration or the Health Information Management Department to send you an invitation to enroll.
